Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you (and your pup) to absolutely love everything from Fish + Boone. We stand behind the quality of every product we offer — whether it’s designed by us or thoughtfully sourced from one of our brand partners. If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.


A Quick Note on Fulfillment

Some items are fulfilled by Fish + Boone, while others ship directly from our brand partners through Shopify Collective. Shipping timelines and return processes may vary slightly depending on the item — we’ll always guide you through the right next step.


Fish + Boone–Fulfilled Items

These items ship directly from Fish + Boone.

Returns

To start a return, email us at returns@fishandboone.com.

Items must be:
• Unused, unwashed, and in original condition

Return timeline:
• Returns within 15 days of the original ship date = full refund (minus any round-up donations)
• Returns within 16–30 days = store credit
• We cannot accept returns after 30 days
• Sale items are final sale and not eligible for return

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Unless we made a mistake (damaged, defective, or incorrect item), return and exchange shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.


Exchanges

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help.

For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us.


Brand Partner Items

Items fulfilled by our brand partners ship directly from the brand and are subject to that brand’s individual shipping and return policies.

To start a return or exchange:

• We’ll connect you with the brand partner and provide next steps

Please note:
• Return windows, eligibility, and refund methods may vary by brand
• Some items may be final sale based on the brand’s policy
• Return shipping costs are determined by the brand partner unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect

What to Include in Your Return or Exchange Request

To help us process your request quickly, please include:
• Your name
• Order number
• Reason for return or exchange
• A photo of the product (especially if damaged or defective)

Please don’t ship anything back until you receive confirmation and instructions from us.
