Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you (and your pup) to love everything from Fish + Boone. We stand behind the quality of every product we make, but if something’s not quite right—whether it’s the size, style, or condition—just reach out and we’ll make it right.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to an error on our part, we’ll replace it free of charge and cover all shipping fees.


RETURNS

To start a return, email us at returns@fishandboone.com

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.

Return timeline:

      • Returns within 30 days of the original ship date = full refund (minus any round-up donations)
      • Returns within 31–60 days = store credit
      • We can’t accept returns after 60 days
      • Sale items are final and cannot be returned

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment and processed within 5 business days of receiving your return.

Unless we made a mistake (wrong, damaged, or defective item), return and exchange shipping costs are your responsibility.


EXCHANGES

Need a different size or style? We’re happy to help.
For your protection, we recommend using a trackable shipping service that includes insurance, as exchanged items are your responsibility until they reach us.


What to Include in Your Return/Exchange Email

To help us process your return or exchange quickly, please include the following in your email to returns@fishandboone.com:

      • Your name
      • Order number
      • Reason for return or exchange
      • A photo of the product (especially helpful if there’s damage or a defect)

Please do not ship your item back until you receive confirmation from us.
We’ll review your request and let you know the next steps, including whether your return or exchange is approved and how to proceed.
